The unique design of the Tonka Balance Board allows beginners and advanced users to enjoy the experience. It may be difficult when you first start, but learning to control the wobble and improve your skills is where the fun is!

This Balance Board is the first board designed specifically for board sports. Its elongated convex base’s shape is designed to give you the most realistic feel and weight transfer, just like you are on your board in the water. Other balance boards with separate rollers or domed shape bases cannot compare. Doing a shuv on a board with a roller is possible, but the feel and skill required is nothing like being on a wave behind a boat or in the ocean.  Other balance boards with domed shapes do not provide the weight transfer feel of the elongated convex shape of the Tonka Balance Board.

Our concave wood top with EVA traction and arch bar feels just like your surf board. The arch bar gives you immediate feedback on foot placement without looking down and losing your balance, Giving you the same feel to practice your shuvs, body varials, and any other tricks with the same balance / feel as your surfboard, whether the lake is frozen, its rainy, or just too cold to hit the lake.
