Start a Return / Exchange 

This is simple, If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with the SWELL Wakesurf Creator, return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Any Returns after 30 days will be based on our standard return policy. Returns are credited to the original payment method. Also - proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work. 

Creator doesn’t fit your boat? Have no fear, we have a solution for you! Within 30 days you can exchange your Creator, just head to our return center here and complete a request. We will then send over a shipping label and an invoice/credit for the difference and get the correct Creator on its way once we receive the original. In a hurry? Go ahead and order the one you need and we will refund your purchase in full for the original once we receive it.


If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or refund at any time as long as it's still in "New Condition." This means, the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags in its original packaging. Please DO NOT treat the product packaging boxes as the shipping box. The box we shipped with will be perfect because we like to reuse and recycle. If you use the product packaging box as the shipping box, we will not be able to accept the return and won't be able to issue a refund, see "new condition". Sorry for being so mean about it.

In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange, all items must be returned in new and unused condition with their original packaging intact. This also includes any retail packaging that products are sold in. Do not ship the merchandise you are returning to us in its retail packaging, please use either the shipping box the product was delivered in or a new box. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to any returns/exchanges of product missing original parts, or products returned in damaged retail packaging. Gift Cards, blemish items, Custom Items, demo items, open box, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: Some items do not qualify for our lifetime return policy, these include:

  • Flite E-Foils and Batteries
  • Yamaha Wake Wedge
  • Custom Ballast Bags
  • Cut to length hose
  • Cleaning Chemicals
  • Open Box, Clearance, Blemished, or items sold "as is"

All sales on these products are final, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. 

Returns are credited to the original payment method on products returned within 30 days, all returns received after 30 days are reimbursed via SWELL Wakesurf eGift Card, which is sent to the email associated with your order. Also - proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work.

Processing your return or exchange can take 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please call Customer Service to make special arrangements. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International Shipments and Returns:

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Original shipping fees do not include customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges, these the responsibility of the receiver, and cannot be refunded (**Canadian orders include taxes at checkout**).
