Amazing customer service.
My experience was good overall my one suggestion would be that you do a more detailed video on YouTube instead of speeding through the actual work explain each step.

X2 Ballast Upgrade
Excellent! Adam was very helpful in talking thru the upgrade. The online order was easy and the bags were delivered on time. Once we got the old tanks out the installation was easy.
